This page explains, in plain English, what happens to the information you send through the request form on sabinocreekhvac.com.

What we collect

• What you type into the form: your name, mobile phone, email (if given), street address (if given), ZIP code, the type of help you need, how urgent it is, and any details you add.
• Basic technical info sent with the form: the page you submitted from, the referring page, and the time of the request.
• Your consent checkbox answer.

We don’t use the form to collect payment information.

How the form is processed

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which delivers your request to our email inbox. Our email is hosted by a third-party email provider. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare.

How we use your information

• To contact you by phone call, text, or email about your request.
• To share your request with a licensed, independent local HVAC contractor so they can contact you, give you an estimate, and do the work if you choose to hire them. That contractor may pay us a referral fee for the introduction. This doesn’t change what you pay for the work — you deal with the contractor directly.
• To follow up and ask whether you got the help you needed.
• To keep basic records and prevent spam or abuse.

We share your request only with a contractor who can help with it, and with the service providers that run our website, form, and email.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for up to 24 months so we can follow up, handle questions, and keep business records, then delete or anonymize them. A contractor you’re referred to keeps their own records under their own policies.

Your choices

• Stop messages: reply STOP to any text, or ask us by email, and we’ll stop contacting you.
• See or delete your info: email [email protected] with the phone number or email you used, and we’ll delete your request from our records (and ask any contractor we sent it to do the same).

Children

This site is for adult homeowners and residents. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
